3-D rendering service for architects launched
RENDERBEE, a subsidiary of IT conglomerate Synergy88 Group of Companies, has launched a 3-D rendering service for architects and real state developers.
“Architectural Virtualization is the next step in Philippine architecture,” Maricar Nepomuceno, Renderbee’s chief executive officer said in a statement. “Now people can translate their works into an actual 3-D rendered image so that they can attract their clients to buy their property or approve their architectural plans.”
The virtualization service entails creating a 3-D animation of a space or a building based on the architect’s blueprint. This allows real estate developers and design companies to virtually showcase their projects to potential clients even if the project has not been completed or built.
“Imagine roaming around a virtual building/ house/ condo development even before construction begins. That’s what we can deliver to clients,” said Jackie Chua, managing director and cofounder of Synergy88.
The company said it its product brief that the service also benefits interested Filipino buyers who live overseas or those who would like to take advantage of preselling rates prior to the construction phase. They can practically have a look and feel of a house or condo unit that has yet to be built and plan ahead to their satisfaction, it added.
The Renderbee team began as a spin-off of the Synergy 88. As its management looked for ways to complement its IT solutions and its pool of creative designers and artists, the idea came up for a new company that will use Synergy88’s production servers.
Renderbee design studio, which claims to be the first Filipinoowned mainstream render farm in the Philippines, offers architectural virtualization (3-D animation) and render farm processing.
