CoA recommends cancellation of BuCor-TADECO deal

THE COMMISSION on Audit (CoA) has recommended the cancellation of the joint venture agreement (JVA) between Tagum Agricultural Development Co., Inc. (TADECO) and the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), tagging the deal “unconstitutional.” The Department of Justice’s (DoJ) investigating panel, meanwhile, in its Preliminary Fact-Finding Investigation Report sent to House Speaker Pantaleon D.
