Road closures in Makati on May 5 for Flores de Mayo parade

FROM 4 p.m. onwards on Friday, May 5, the following roads portions in Makati City will be closed to traffic to give way to the annual Flores de Mayo procession: J.P. Rizal St. — from F. Zobel St. to A.P. Reyes St.: public utility jeepneys from Guadalupe area to Manila can take F. Zobel St., turn left at Morong St., left at Angono St., right at Hormiga St., left at Trabajo St., turn right upon reaching Hippodromo St. and cross A.P. Reyes toward destination A.P. Reyes St. — from J.P. Rizal St. to Pascua St. (northbound only).

Other intersections will be on a stop-and-go scheme, according to the city government, and traffic enforcers will be deployed to assist motorists.
