Products of rural businesses spawned by RA 6810 can be used as “raw materials for bigger businesses and industrial concerns,” she added.
Finally, the President told her audience “this Government welcomes your assistance. As the USA and Japan are our largest investors and trading partners, we see that you are best placed to inform you respective governments of the truth about this country.”
She added: “Similarly, your government will no doubt heed your advice on the continuing need to base agreements on sincerity and trust and on keeping and honoring those that are made and exchanged.”
