The three-day confab will gather all women groups and affiliates in the ASEAN member countries in government service, private sector and nongovernment organizations. The confab will also launch awards for women all over the country.

Signing the MoA are 4L President and Masbate Vice-Governor Kaye Revil (seated, second from left), DILG Undersecretary Austere Panadero (seated, center), and NCWP Board Member Dr. Amelou BenitezReyes (seated, extreme right).

According to Ms. Revil, one of the prime movers of the event, the conference will be participated in by lady lawmakers from vice-governors to barangay council members to craft bills for submission to Congress for the advancement of women’s rights.
