Virtue Art Café opens in Philam Homes, Quezon City

-

FAMILIES and friends often dine out to spend quality time with each other. However, more often than not, they find themselves having to line up and wait before getting seated in a packed restaurant. To offer a different dining option from this, the recently opened Virtue Art Café in Quezon City veers away from crowded, commercial areas, settling in a quiet neighborhood with the aim to provide a more relaxed dining experience.

Located along South Maya Drive in Philam Homes, the café, which seats about 35 people, boasts of artisanal food and curated private dining experience for its guests. According to one of its owners, Job Zamora, the for-reservations-only café focuses on the quality of food instead of mere quantity apart from ensuring a privy ambience.

“The very concept of The Virtue Café is our focus on the quality of food, that is, for you to taste something really special. Also, what we really like about the private dining concept is that you can chill in whatever way you want because you’re all alone,” Mr. Zamora said.

“We want the ambience to be like a home. You feel like you’re comfortably at home where you don’t have to be formal, yet you have exceptional food and excellent service,” he added.

Diners can choose from seven-course to nine-course meals at a price that starts from P1,500 per person, which comes with varied refreshments and a bottle of red wine.

Mr. Zamora also said that they also do styled or curated events, where guests can request of a certain theme and the café will customize the restaurant set up and food to suit the mood of the event.

“We set up the place nicely but for an affordable price,” Mr. Zamora shared.
