We are gearing them up for their journey through our profession­al intensive programs in internatio­nal hospitalit­y management and culinary arts. Our curriculum adheres to the standards set by the Commission on Higher Education and brings in specializa­tion courses in strategic and total quality management and operations management to properly equip them for actual day-to-day operations when they enter the work force,” says Lars Eltvik, DHMC managing director.
