Greenfield expands retail space portfolio

-

GREENFIELD Development Corporation, one of the most diversified real estate companies in the country, is taking advantage of the retail sector boom by offering prime retail spaces in its master-planned developments, namely Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City and Greenfield City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Retailers have found a partner in Greenfield in showcasing their business and maintaining a healthy baseline at the heart of city centers.

Establishing the retail leadership of Greenfield District are The Portal retail zone, with its foodie and lifestyle destinations, and The Hub al fresco food strip. Soon adding to the collection of its wide range of comfort food and artisanal cuisines are the Leezat, The Beer Factory, and Koreya. The strategic location of the township supports the top performer status of some well-known food establishments, namely Yellow Cab, Wendy’s, Mang Inasal, McDonald’s, KFC, 7/11, and Chowking.

The Soho Central residential and commercial condominium located near the intersection of EDSA and Shaw Boulevard will soon be home to Rex Bookstore, New Bistro Deli, Asia United Bank, and Powermac Corporate Center.

Poised to expand the retail portfolio of the township further are the Twin Oaks Place East Tower Retail Podium, Greenfield Tower Retail Podium, and the Zitan Retail Podium. Housed at the Zitan mixed-use high-rise community are the Unilever’s Aviance skin care and beauty products direct-selling store and the Urban Smiles dental clinic.

Small and medium-sized enterprises also find leveraging opportunities at Greenfield’s weekly and year-round events that invite various merchants. Weekly festivities at Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City include the everpopular Greenfield Weekend Market happening every Saturday, the Kaleidoscope play of lights and colors that happens every Friday, and the Sunset Fair every Sunday.

For Greenfield City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, businesses located in the south benefit from the list of affairs at the township that is a popular destination even for urban dwellers from Metro Manila. The highlights for families and shoppers are the events at the Paseo Outlets, which is the country’s largest outlet mall that sells over 100 international brands at lesser prices.

Greenfield’s expansion of its retail space portfolio exhibits the strength of the economy, as well as that of the company in providing good venue for retailers to showcase their products and services that in turn offer numerous lifestyle options and a selection of activities for their customers.
