Nippon Paint bares winners of Asia Young Designer Awards

NIPPON Paint (Coatings) Philippines recently announced the winners for the Philippine edition of the Asia Young Designer Award (AYDA), Asia’s premier design award that aims to nurture young design talents to share their ideas, in a ceremony held at the GT-Toyota Asian Center Auditorium in Quezon City. Niño Emmanuel Tayao, a graduating Interior Design (IND) student from De La SalleCollege of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB), bested 10 other finalists for the Best Green Innovation and People’s Choice special titles under the Interior Design Category. University of Santo Thomas student Odrysa Serino won the Gold Award, Jhessa Mae Romero from University of San Carlos earned the Silver, while Tayao likewise bagged Bronze under the same division.
