RCBC partners with Korean Embassy

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporatio­n (RCBC) inked a Memorandum of Understand­ing with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, establishi­ng an internship program for Korean students. “With this partnershi­p and through our internship program, we hope to be able to educate and share best practices as a financial services provider,” RCBC’s HR Group Head Rowena Subido said during the signing ceremony. The agreement between parties allows Korean students to apply and undergo an onthe-job training with RCBC, through the Human Resources Developmen­t Service of Korea (HRD Korea). It aims to improve the quality of the local work force by having the bank act as the Host Training Establishm­ent for Korean students studying in Philippine universiti­es.
