RCBC partners with Korean Embassy
Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) inked a Memorandum of Understanding with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, establishing an internship program for Korean students. “With this partnership and through our internship program, we hope to be able to educate and share best practices as a financial services provider,” RCBC’s HR Group Head Rowena Subido said during the signing ceremony. The agreement between parties allows Korean students to apply and undergo an onthe-job training with RCBC, through the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea). It aims to improve the quality of the local work force by having the bank act as the Host Training Establishment for Korean students studying in Philippine universities.
