DMCI to add another tower in its Pasig complex
PROPERTY developer DMCI Homes Inc. on Thursday said it will add another tower to its Prisma Residences development along Pasig Boulevard on rising demand.
The third building Kiran is being planned following the good takeup of the first two buildings, Astra and Celeste, both almost sold-out as of September 16, the company said.
The first two buildings are 98 percent sold with combined total reservation sales of P8.7 billion.
Prisma Residences along with another development in the area in Fairlane Residences, were among the top contributors to the strong sales performance of DMCI Homes in the first three quarters of 2018.
The property arm of DMCI Holdings Inc. recorded P33.48 billion in reservation sales for the first three quarters of 2018 putting it on track to meet its P40 billion adjusted sales target for the year.
“If it’s any indication of the robust property market in the city, our Pasig projects have been consistent key contributors to the company’s growth through the years,” saud Dennis Yap, DMCI Homes assistant vice president for Project development.
“Prisma Residences, for one, has always been a top-seller since the first tower was launched in 2017,” he said. The two-hectare property with resort-inspired amenities has enjoyed brisk sales owing to its prime location along Pasig Boulevard corner CP Garcia Avenue (C-5 Road).
Prisma Residences is situated right in the middle of Ortigas and Bonifacio Global City with a 360-degree view of the Ortigas and Makati skylines, as well as the mountains of Antipolo and Laguna de Bay at the roof-deck.
Apart from Prisma Residences and Fairlane Residences, DMCI Homes currently has nine other residential condo projects in Pasig City, namely Satori Residences, Brixton Place, Lumiere Residences, Sheridan Towers, East Raya Gardens, Riverfront Residences, Mayfield Park Residences, Levina Place and Mirea Residences.
