PHINMA PROPERTIES LAUNCHES LIKHA RESIDENCES

-

AFTER three decades of providing affordable housing options for Filipino families, Phinma Properties marks its return to the luxury market. Located in Kilometer 19, West Service Road in Cupang, Muntinlupa City, Likha Residences by Phinma Properties had its groundbreaking ceremony recently in the south of the metropolis. Named after the Filipino word for “create,” Likha Residences is an upscale development spanning 1.2 hectares of land. On this site, 68 townhouses will be built with three- and four-story options available.

Inspired by the modern Filipino’s desire for both luxury and comfort, Architect Angelo Mañosa, principal designer of Mañosa & Co. Inc., is merging contemporary designs with the natural and eco-friendly elements of the bahay kubo.

“My vision for Likha Residences is to design a home that’s accommodating, spacious, and livable for its residents,” explains Mañosa. The architectural firm’s inspired creations, including the Coconut Palace, Moonwalk Church, and Amanpulo Resort, were greatly influenced by the bahay kubo,

as well. Beyond living in a Mañosa masterpiece, homeowners of Likha Residences can also enjoy being in proximity to esteemed schools, hospitals, churches and even supermalls in the Parañaque and Muntinlupa areas. It is also accessible to central business districts, such as Makati CBD and Bonifacio Global City.

The launch of Likha Residences ushers in a new era for Phinma Properties, whose vision is to provide nurturing, high-quality homes for Filipino homeowners. With its series of stable and secure developments, the company continues to foster strong communities and cultivate the well-being of its dwellers. “Through this collaboration, we have set a new benchmark for our future properties,” says Raphael B. Felix, president and CEO of Phinma Properties. No doubt, Likha Residences will redefine the way Filipino families create their life stories.
