VISUAL ART EXPO
Part of its efforts to reach out and build closer relationships with the Libyan people, the Philippine Embassy in Tripoli—through its Chargé d’affaires and Head of Mission Elmer G. Cato (right)—graced the exhibit of young Libyan photography enthusiasts. The exposition was held at the Dar Hassan Al-faqih Hassan House of Culture in the old city.
