Courier service company aims to serve more MSMES this year

-

LOGISTICS and courier service company Flash Express Philippines reported that it has exceeded its coverage target, following its execution of business strategies in the first three months of 2022. It expects to continue the momentum for the rest of the year with the launch of a fast delivery campaign for micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) clients.

After successfully materializing its plans in the first quarter of 2022, the firm has seen a sudden spike in delivery transactions it accommodates daily as it continues to boost its operations and multiply the partnerships of its subsidiaries.

“With the excellent strategic plan of adding more hubs and distribution centers across the country, simultaneously, the company was able to establish and start acquiring Flash Shops and Flash Home partners making our services easily available to our customers reaching the company’s expansion plan beyond target at 90 percent serviceable areas nationwide in just less than a year,” said

Reginald Rex Pumihic, public and media relations manager of Flash Express.

It’s business unit, Flash Shop, is strategically located within business establishments such as malls and retail stores, wherein customers can send parcels easily.

Catering to the sudden surge in logistics needs of the Filipino consumers, the firm has beefed up its offerings, with guaranteed speedy delivery, fast pick up, responsive customer service, 365 nationwide delivery, and no cash-ondelivery or COD.

Because of the abrupt spurt in customers and parcels that was quite overwhelming, he admitted that they have encountered some difficulty, which served as an opportunity for them to improve and further innovate their services.

Flash Home, on the other hand, allows Filipino entrepreneurs or business owners to maximize their businesses by utilizing a spare room in their homes or any available commercial space as delivery drop-off sites.

“We were able to partner with MSMES all over the Philippines and we are able to open 600 branches as of June, driven to provide Filipinos with a low-cost, high-profit logistics business,” Flash Home Marketing Supervisor Rechelle Capua said.

Pumihic noted that their desire to fulfill their commitment to help MSMES reach their optimum business potential has enabled them to quickly adapt to their customers’ demands.

“For us to be able to accommodate the growing volume of parcels being referred to us by our e-commerce partners, we have set up specific hubs to ensure that all parcels are being accounted for by proficient onsite staff,” he cited.

To ensure the success of their Flash Home partners and clients, Capua bared their plan to add 400 more branches this year complemented with various strategies.

Flash Express has recently kicked off its #Delibilis campaign, highlighting its expeditious delivery, and upgraded its parcel shipping drive with “Daily Savings 50 percent Off Promo.”
