Chan Toei Properties breaks ground at Nuvali
LAST May 24, 2022, Chan Toei Properties Inc. (CTP), a partnership between Prime Eastern Spring Holdings Inc. (PESH) and Toei Housing Corporation of Japan, held a groundbreaking ceremony for its upcoming project, the Hana Garden Villas, at Nuvali Boulevard corner Canlubang Golf Road in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
Led by CTP Chairman of the Board Jose Mari Chan, the celebrated occasion was held in the presence of CTP CEO Francis BJ Albert, Directors Takamasa Sashida and Tomokazu Aoyama, with former Mayor Rommel A. Gecolea of Cabuyao City also in attendance.
A first of its kind in residential development by CTP, Hana Garden Villas is a unique collaboration with one of Japan's largest developers for ready-built homes and the Philippines’ most respected designers: Architect Joel Luna of Joel Luna Planning and Design (JLPD) for master planning, Andy Locsin of Leandro V. Locsin Partners (LVLP) for home concept designs, Architect Jorge Yulo of Jorge Yulo Architects and Associates (JYAA) for amenities design, Architect Vince Lim of CLARQ Design Studio for landscaping, Engineer Rannie Ison of R.S. Ison and Associates (RSIA) for site engineering and Architect Mikael Yap of FOYA Architects, the architect on record for the homes.
