Property developer rockwell Land Corp. on Monday said it has launched its second mid-rise residential building rockwell Center Nepo in Angeles, Pampanga, The Bencab.

The property is now part of the 4.5-hectare mixed-use development, the first rockwell Center outside of metro manila, in partnership with Juan D. nepomuceno realty Group.

“The Bencab pays homage to its namesake, Philippine national Artist Benedicto Cabrera, who is renowned for his visually-striking paintings through 16 storeys of well-appointed living spaces,” the company said.

The condo offers spacious studio units, as well as one- to three-bedroom units, each one of which features an open kitchen layout, high ceilings and all with balconies.

The Bencab is situated at the heart of the community as it is located between its exclusive amenities and the Power Plant mall, the company said.

The development has a fitness gym, multi-purpose court, lap pool and yoga and quiet garden, while a function room, play area, barbecue area and family and kiddie pools will provide families more spaces.

rockwell said some 78 percent of the property will have open spaces, including a great lawn.

similar to other rockwell properties, the company said The Bencab provides safety and security with 100 percent back-up power and an experienced property management team. A dedicated residential leasing team is also available for those investing in units for rent. It also offers convenience by being in close proximity to key establishments in Angeles City, and will have exclusive basement access to the Power Plant mall upon its completion.

The Bencab at rockwell Center nepo, Angeles is set for turnover in December 2026, the company said.

In may, the Lopez-led property developer said it expects its recovery to continue this year with the launch of new projects in different parts of the country.

rockwell Chairman manuel m. Lopez said its expansion in the Visayas and in Pampanga, is part of its strategy of expanding its footprint to “better manage the cyclicality” of its business.
