Ayala The 30th supports Pasig BOSS one stop shop extension, various welfare initiatives
UPON the initiatives of Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto, Chief BPLO (Business Permit and Licensing Office) Melanie De Mesa, Pasig City Administrator Jeron Manzanero, Ayala Malls Vice President and Central Head AC Legarda, and Ayala Malls Cluster Head Pivi Diaz, the city’s “business one stop shop,” known as Pasig BOSS, is extending its facility in Ayala The 30th on the 3rd floor.
Pasig BOSS was first launched in 2021 as a satellite office to reduce the volume of people lining up in the City Hall for their business requirements. It effectively streamlined the lengthy processes and procedures that the department serviced, thus improving the ease of doing business in the city. Pasig BOSS currently services new business registrations, business renewals, business retirements, and amendments.
Aside from Pasig BOSS, Ayala The 30th has been actively supporting different welfare groups to enrich community life in the upbeat city. For instance, Ayala The 30th recently hosted a week-long cultural exhibition called “Bayanikaba?
(O Peyk Nyus?)” in partnership with Pasig Art Club to commemorate the unsung heroes of Pasig City. Another is the mall’s ongoing monthly collaboration with Pasig Livelihood Center, under the Alagang Ayala Land Program, to host “Neighborgoods,” a program that gathers Pasig City merchants to showcase and sell their hand crafted products and homegrown flavors.
Alternately, Ayala The 30th also partnered with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) earlier this year to extend its facilities as voter’s satellite registration sites within a two-day period, thereby accommodating over 200 Pasig City District residents per day whilst ensuring customer care and comfort, thanks to the mall’s high accessibility and safe spaces.
All in all, Ayala The 30th is the highlyaccessible, go-to hub that bridges various welfare initiatives in partnership with the LGU and other social enterprises.
