Homegrown builders bring pride to PHL
THe main builder of housing projects in the Philippines has just been named the top winner during the recent Dot Property southeast Asia Awards held at the Four seasons Bangkok in Thailand.

(SMDC), the residential unit of sy family, won the Developer of The Year southeast Asia 2022, the event’s main honor. likewise, it collected four more accolades, including the special Recognition Award for Corporate social Responsibility, a proof of its constant commitment to build sustainable and inclusive communities. Three of its projects also gained recognitions during the biggest night in southeast Asia’s real-estate industry.
SMDC’S sail Residences claimed the Best Condominium Architectural Design. The event celebrated a diverse collection of real-estate developers, projects and agents with more than 45 winners from across the region honored. This was the first time since 2019 that it was held fully in person with nearly 300 property leaders in attendance hailing the winners from seven different countries.
