The Ho­tel and Restau­rant As­so­ci­a­tion of Ne­gros Oc­ci­den­tal (HRANO) held its 6th Food In­dus­try Ex­hi­bi­tion & Sym­po­sium for Trade Ad­vance­ment or FI­ESTA Ba­colod with the theme “HRANO Go­ing Green.” The an­nual Con­chita Cuenca Culi­nary Competition was also held with many culi­nary schools in Ba­colod as its par­tic­i­pants. The cat­e­gories in the competition in­cluded: Ta­ble Set­ting, Ta­ble Skirt­ing, Fruit & Veg­etable Carv­ing, Cake Dec­o­ra­tion, Chefs War and Flair as well as Bar­tend­ing. HRANO also hosted a se­ries of talks fea­tur­ing top­ics on “Green­ing your Es­tab­lish­ment” at a sep­a­rate venue. When: March 3-5, 2011 Where: Robin­son's Place, Ba­colod
