Makati’s most wanted person falls

MAKATI City’s most wanted person, Eugene Aquino y Ferrer, 28, single, a tattoo artist by profession, was arrested over the weekend following a warrant issued by the Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 137. He has been charged with rape with frustrated homicide.The warrant, issued by Judge Ethel V. Mercado-Gutay, was served by elements of the Makati City Police Station warrant and subpoena unit. He is presently detained at the Makati Custodial Facility.
