The launch comes on the heels of the highly successful launch of Ajoya in Nueva Ecija and Tarlac last year. The former is a 19-hectare property located in Barangay Valle Cruz, Nueva Ecija while the latter spans 13 hectares and is located in Barangays Talaga and Estrada in Tarlac.
Another Ajoya community will soon arise in Pampanga where residents can create lasting memories and stronger connections. Spanning 17 hectares, it will feature a town plaza, clubhouse, multi-purpose hall, swimming pool, generous pocket parks and greenbelts, designed to foster interactions with neighbors.
