Gun-toter falls

The Pasig City police arrested a male suspect for illegal possession of firearms while his companion fled away Tuesday morning.

The suspect was identified as Michael Angelo Gabay, 32, a resident of Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City; while the complainant was identified as a certain “Joseph,” a concerned citizen.

Colonel Moises Villaceran Jr., Pasig police chief, said Gabay was arrested around 4:20 a.m. at the Fil Oil gas station while toting a gun, prompting Joseph to call the police.

Gabay is now under the custody of Pasig City Police Station for documentation prior to the filing of appropriate charges against him.
