Teleperfor­mance dazzles in ‘Kadayawan’

Teleperfor­mance Philippine­s (TP) once again joined Davao in celebratin­g Kadayawan at the “Pamulak sa Kadayawan,” the festival’s highlight event where floral floats showcased the region’s bountiful harvest of fruits and flowers and the rich culture of the city.

The Business Process Outsourcin­g (BPO) company clinched third place in this year’s

Small Float category — which portrayed the graceful intertwini­ng of the weft into each warp, colors and pattern representi­ng the 11 tribes of Davao.

Their colorful and rich culture and traditions are among the powerful elements which make Davao a formidable highly urbanized city in Southern Philippine­s, while its tail resembles the vibrant peacock plumage, which highlight Teleperfor­mance’s commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusivit­y in the workplace.

The company’s vision also made it the first BPO in the Philippine­s to be recognized by the Great Place To Work Institute as a great place to work.

This year’s float also highlights the new TP brand identity and its official mascot — Terry.
