Teleperformance dazzles in ‘Kadayawan’
Teleperformance Philippines (TP) once again joined Davao in celebrating Kadayawan at the “Pamulak sa Kadayawan,” the festival’s highlight event where floral floats showcased the region’s bountiful harvest of fruits and flowers and the rich culture of the city.
The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company clinched third place in this year’s
Small Float category — which portrayed the graceful intertwining of the weft into each warp, colors and pattern representing the 11 tribes of Davao.
Their colorful and rich culture and traditions are among the powerful elements which make Davao a formidable highly urbanized city in Southern Philippines, while its tail resembles the vibrant peacock plumage, which highlight Teleperformance’s commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusivity in the workplace.
The company’s vision also made it the first BPO in the Philippines to be recognized by the Great Place To Work Institute as a great place to work.
This year’s float also highlights the new TP brand identity and its official mascot — Terry.
