IDC shorlisted anew at buyers’ choice awards

Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) does it again. It has been shortlisted anew in five categories at the The Outlook-Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards. It won Best Innovation Project of the Year last year. This year, IDC is nominated at the following categories: Best Mixed-Use Development in Luzon-Miramonti Green Residences; Best Mixed-Use Development in Visayas and Mindanao-Primavera City;
Best Innovation Project-Primavera City; Best Boutique Developer in Luzon-Miramonti Green Residences and
Best Boutique Developer in Visa ya sand Mindanao P rim a vera City.
All nominated projects have been be screened by an esteemed board of judges that includes Rick Santos, chairman and CEO of Santos Knight Frank; Jason Buensalido, principal architect and founder of Bu ens ali do+ Architects and Kenneth Stern, country manager of RE/MAX Philippines.
Shortlisted projects will be part of a survey among thousands of property seekers that will be grouped in such a way that audience groups will only vote in categories that match their search interests.

The two IDC’s latest projects nominated in The Outlook-Lamudi 2019 are sustainable developments both awarded as Best Mixed-use Development in the Philippines by Asia Pacific Property Awards in 2018 and 2019.
Following Primavera Residences, the company’s flagship green project located in Cagayan de Oro, the mid-rise eco-friendly building named Primavera City will soon rise in uptown Cagayan de Oro.
