Following Primavera Residences, the company’s flagship green project located in Cagayan de Oro, the mid-rise eco-friendly building named Primavera City will soon rise in uptown Cagayan de Oro. The seven-tower development will feature, as all IDC’s projects, the best green building strategies and energy saving technologies with its signature distinctive ltalian design.

Inspired by its view, Miramonti Green Residences is yet another example of the brand of design-driven sustainable architecture that IDC is introducing to the country’s emerging cities.
