AT HOME IN NAIA 3
From the Salem Complex in Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 4, Air Asia unveiled its new and Millennial/Gen-Z-esque Redpoint headquarters at the NAIA Terminal last 3 October.
More than just an office space, its interiors feature a hammock and swing area and also a gym, four-season-themed meeting rooms, collaboration zones and creative lounges which will house 2,100 Allstars based in Manila.
The opening was attended by Department of Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade, Department of Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo Puyat, Deputy Speaker Mikee Romero, AirAsia Group Berhad Executive Chairman Datuk Kamarudin Meranun, AirAsia Philippines Chairman of the Board Atty. Jomar Castillo, AirAsia Philippines Vice Chair of the Board Sheila Romero and AirAsia Philippines CEO Ricky Isla.
“As Asia’s largest low-cost carrier, the opening of RedPoint signifies a new era for AirAsia in the Philippines. Its new and stylish working environment has been specifically designed to break down departmental silos, inspire collaboration and foster creativity. The new office space is an expression of AirAsia’s core values, especially of putting people first, as they go about delivering what our guests want and expect,” Isla stated.
The opening of Redpoint also celebrates AirAsia as the world’s best low-cost airline for the 11th consecutive year by the global benchmark of airline excellence, Skytrax.
During the event, guests were treated to a gastronomic feast based on different flight destinations AirAsia offers: Bacolod, Thailand, Korea and Japan. And with the themed meals came music and backdrop to complete the vibe.
