MyTown, the co-liv­ing brand un­der Philip­pines Ur­ban Liv­ing So­lu­tions, was awarded best co-liv­ing space in the Philip­pines at La­mudi’s The Out­look awards. Founded by a group of Dutch and Filipino en­trepreneur­s in 2012, MyTown is the first and largest co-liv­ing com­pany in the Philip­pines. It counts among its in­vestor SM In­vest­ments Cor­po­ra­tion and Franklin Tem­ple­ton.

The Out­look awards by La­mudi rec­og­nizes lead­ing in­dus­try projects and de­vel­op­ers of the Philip­pines as se­lected by an es­teemed panel of judges and is based on a sur­vey par­tic­i­pa­tion of 10,000 ac­tive prop­erty seek­ers an­nu­ally. MyTown’s wide range of ameni­ties, ten­ant events and fo­cus on com­mu­nity and con­ve­nience were highly rated. “We’re very ex­cited to win this award as it shows our lead­er­ship in the co-liv­ing sec­tor in the Philip­pines and that our con­tin­ued ef­forts in go­ing be­yond ac­com­mo­da­tion and of­fer­ing a new, better life­style to young pro­fes­sion­als is rec­og­nized as dis­tin­guish­ing fea­tures of MyTown,” said Jelmer Ikink, Group Di­rec­tor of Philip­pines Ur­ban Liv­ing So­lu­tions.
