With the world still reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic, travelling using your fingertips by accessing www.philippines.travel/wakeupinph can be fun and useful in planning future trips.

The campaign is Philippine tourism’s response to stand united with other countries in asking people to temporarily stay at home to flatten the COVID-19 curve.

Likewise, the DoT encourages the public to visit its travel advisory bulletin at www.philippines.travel/safeph in order to know more about the travel protocols and health measures in place for key sectors and locations around the country.

The microsite includes frequently-asked questions on various levels of community quarantines, list of accommodation establishments open for overseas Filipino workers and essential workers, aviation health protocols and requirements for stranded tourists and OFW and enhanced safety guidelines in light of the new normal.
