If “confidently beautiful with a heart” comes in the form of a house, it would be none other than Queen Pia Wurtzbach’s first home.

Her spacious, bright and smart home at Century Properties Makati deeply resonates with Pia’s personality that captured the world, the universe rather.

Fusing elegance and coziness

A palette of muted whites, grays and browns with gold accents is Pia’s first home motif. She shared that the overall idea is to make her home bright and clear to make it her safe haven amid anything.

“I have barely any black furniture because light really affects my mood. I want everything to be bright and alive,” she said.

Her unit is also surrounded with floor to ceiling windows with smart blinds for balanced lighting. Outside these windows are her greeny which she considers as “a little oasis.”

Big mirrors also cover some of her wall areas to give a spacious feel which she is totally aiming for.

Her kitchen has an open design connected to the dining and living areas which makes the place even more spacious. A distinct oval-shaped pearl white dining table is also a showstopper as it is emblematic of Pia’s home, elegant yet cozy.

Smart and organized home

Pia connected her pantry, storage and laundry room for organized mobility in her home. She shared that choosing that kind of set-up allowed her to properly designate areas where she can work around.

To keep her home clutter-free, Pia resorted to sleek cabinets to store her stuff. Deviating from the usual celebrity open walk-in closets, she preferred to keep her clothes and shoes inside a closed cabinet to avoid seeing unnecessary clutter.

A simple four-level counter nestles Pia’s mementos and favorite books. She managed to keep her décor area subtle yet powerful with her glass pageant trophies and empowering books.

Admitting that she is a gadget junkie, Pia shared, “I wanted a smart home.

I wanted everything to be computer controlled.”

She is proud of having a smart mirror as a wall delineating her bedroom and comfort room. This allows her to chill in her bathtub while watching the TV through the glass.

Most of her kitchen stuff are also computer-generated. She highly depends on “Alexa” to activate her coffeemaker.

And lastly, Pia dedicated a portion of her living area and bedroom for her play station. This is her way of telling her visitors that despite her femininity shown on screen, her hobbies are leaning to do the masculine ones.

Pia may be the Universe’s queen, but this is by far her greatest achievement in her life — to have a home of her own.
