EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH WAIVER OF SHARE AND DONATION
Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late VIRGILIO C. TORTONA, on 25 September 2010, died intestate leaving a real property situated at Barangay San Isidro, Municipality of Makati more particularly described as follows: “A parcel of land (Lot No. 5, Block 129 of the subdivision plan Psd-21123 being a portion of Block 129 described on plan Psd-19508, G.L.R.O. Rec. No. 209) situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal. Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED TWELVE SQUARE METERS (212), more or less, declared under Tax Declaration No. F02602153 and embraced by TCT No. 110968” is the subject of EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH WAIVER OF SHARE AND DONATION, entered by and among MILAGROS VILLANUEVA TORTONA, widow of VIRGILIO C. TORTONA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 2215 Marconi St., San Isidro, Makati City, and the children of VIRGILIO C. TORTONA, namely: JOSEPH V. TORTONA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Blk 230 Lot 60 Adrian St., St. Anne Phase, Deca Homes Loma De Gato, Marilao Bulacan; ELIZABETH TORTONA DIZON, Filipino, of legal age, married to Armando M. Dizon and a resident of 2215 Marconi St., San Isidro, Makati City; NAZARETH V. TORTONA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of 2215 Marconi St., San Isidro, Makati City; and VIRGILIA TORTONA BELINO, Filipino, of legal age, married to Lance D. Belino, and a resident of Blk 6 Lot 16B Faith St., St. Catherine Village, Paranaque City; abovenamed parties to the EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH WAIVER OF SHARE AND DONATION are the only surviving heirs of the decedent entitled to succeed to his estate, they being his wife and children; and they have agreed, as embodied in said document to SELF-ADJUDICATE and EQUALLY DIVIDE the above described property, with WAIVER OF SHARE and DONATION by MILAGROS VILLANUEVA TORTONA of her part in the property, in favor and to JOSEPH V.
