NEW-NORMAL SUSTAINABLE HUB
Primehomes’ imaginative approach in caring for its unit owners has always been latched upon its commitment to foster a sense of community for the new-normal lifestyle
Recent challenging times have made a lot of bright ideas come out of the woodwork in Primehomes, Capitol Hills.
This time, it’s a concierge app that provides a variety of services, including a ride-hailing service. The exclusive app lets Larossa residents to avail themselves of a free shuttle service to nearby commercial centers.
In compliance with Interagency Task Force guidelines, the vehicle is retrofitted with acrylic partitions and can accommodate passengers (required to wear their masks and face shields) per trip.
Currently in its trial phase, the free shuttle service takes Larossa residents on a route that passes Robinsons Capitol Hills, UP Town Center, SM North and Seda Vertis North.
“Other developers may have a concierge web app, but Primehomes is unique in a way that ours is the only app that offers free shuttle service for a condo development,” Primehomes’ Assistant Brand Marketing Manager Edjames Larion said.
The concierge web app also works as an interactive community bulletin board, where Larossa residents can keep abreast of events, advisories, maintenance schedules and want ads.
“We came up with an idea of no-touch transactions, where residents can access the Larossa
Property Management Office through their phones. It’s easier than calling. It aims to assist and serve as a lifestyle accessory,” Primehomes’ Business Development Officer Janna Chua said.
Hey neighbor!
Primehomes’ imaginative approach in caring for its unit owners has always been latched upon its commitment to foster a sense of community.
Which is why, while it offers a free ride to its residents for major errands outside, the developer has thought of ways to orchestrate everything so that, in a sustainable way, everything the community needs will be, as much as possible, available in the neighborhood, so that people will hang out in their own backyard.
It is for this reason that Primehomes is taking the Larossa Weekend Market seriously, coming on the heels of a successful launch. The market now has its own niche in the property’s swanky Retail Pavilion.
“Right now, it’s really improving because we can see their marketing efforts. They’re really trying hard to make the members of the community very friendly to each other,” Larossa unit owner Benjamin Magcalen said.
A typical condominium-unit owner, according to Larion, doesn’t have a care in the world to go elsewhere around the property but the gates that lead to the outside world from his or her room on the top floor.
But not in Primehomes Capitol Hills, where developments are situated to allow unit owners to walk around in an environment conducive for participation in village activities.
“In a condominium setup, you wouldn’t really expect the ambiance of what it’s like to live in a village or subdivision, so the main goal of these weekend markets is to create connections between neighbors or unit owners,” Larion said. “We want to show our unit owners that, despite COVID-19, developments are taking place; that they don’t merely live in a space with a door, but a thriving community.”
