‘up close’ with fans
Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards is celebrating his 10th anniversary in showbiz with a different kind of online event.
The ‘Pambansang Bae’ celebrates his 10th anniversary in showbiz with ‘Alden’s Reality,’ a concert that uses Virtual Reality technology
Fans of the Pambansang Bae will get the chance to interact virtually with their idol in “Alden’s Reality” — the first Virtual Reality concert in the country on 8 December at 9 p.m. Virtual Reality (VR) uses headsets or multi-projected environments to generate realistic images, sounds and other sensations that simulate a user’s physical presence in a virtual environment. A person using VR equipment is able to look around another world, move around in it and interact with virtual features or items. The audience in “Alden’s Reality” will be transported to a dream-like setting and up close with Alden himself.
The concert is dedicated to his fans who have been accompanying him on his journey as an artist.
The show is directed by Paolo Valenciano under the production of Synergy: A Collaboration.
Tickets are priced at P999 for general admission and P1,200 for VIP. The VIP package includes one general admission ticket and one exclusive VR device for a more immersive, personal concert experience.
