Actor Derek Ramsay is moving on after his breakup with actress Andrea Torres. He is getting along well with new girlfriend Ellen Adarna, who also has moved on after a whirlwind romance with John Lloyd Cruz that bore them a son.

If it’s “show must go on” for showbiz personalities after a breakup, some 50 ladies, including a trans woman, find it hard to get over with the same ex-boyfriend they all once had.

In the unusual relationship recently featured in a TV show, Lisa (not her real name), one of the past girlfriends of the lucky guy, revealed that she met Mark, (not his real name), through a dating app. Lisa recalled that Mark introduced himself as half-Chinese and future heir of a family business.

Initially, the couple were going well with Lisa putting full trust in Mark. Despite her family’s reservations about him, Lisa moved in with Mark. She loved him despite his habit of borrowing money from her and buying cigarettes from the neighborhood store on credit, which she had to pay. However, their relation started to turn sour when Lisa had to sell her gadgets to pay for Mark’s loans to other people.

One day, Lisa noticed the dozens of women blocked on Mark’s cell phone. When she confronted him about it, he said they were his friends. Soon, they were arguing frequently. At one point, Mark threatened her with a knife. That was the last straw, and Lisa broke up with Mark despite him still owing her nearly P50,000.

Curious about Mark’s friends that he had blocked on his cell phone’s call list, Lisa rang them one by one and inquired about their relationship with Mark. They were all his ex-girlfriends, she learned.

Lisa formed a chat group of Mark’s exes. In the chat group, the women shared their experiences with Mark. Almost all of them could not get over with Mark. They also started calling him and even went to his address though he was not there.

The exes were not trying to reconcile with him all at the same time. They just want him to return the money he borrowed from all of them totaling P1 million.

The chat group exposed Mark as a love scammer who borrows money from his victims without paying them back. When he confronted Lisa about it, she told him that it was meant to stop him from victimizing more women.

Mark can no longer be reached on his phone as estafa complaints have been filed against him. His ex-lovers are also looking for him with the help of the National Bureau of Investigation. Not to rekindle old flames, but to collect payment for his debts.
