Property developer, Ortigas Land, recently held its concrete pouring ceremony for its penultimate residential tower that will rise in Capitol Commons, The Empress.
Situated at the heart of Pasig City, the luxury residential tower will consist of 56 floors with 51 residential floors, one podium amenity floor, three levels of podium parking, seven levels of basement parking and retail spaces at the ground level which are all Green Building Code certified. Ortigas Land aims to encourage health and wellness among its residents with its premium amenities and overall structural design.
Amenities consist of two zones: Active Zone and Quiet Zone.

Construction is slated to be completed in Q4 of 2026, and is the same period when units are expected to be turned over to residents.
