Livingsprings Communities Realty and Development Corporation (LCRDC), a premium boutique real estate developer, was recently named Best Luxury Real Estate Developer in the Philippines at the prestigious Luxury Lifestyle Awards (LLA) 2021 based in New York, USA.
Livingsprings’ exceptional performance and established reputation as a developer of communities delivering greater living spaces, privacy, accessibility, security and convenience enabled the company to stand out in the Luxury Real Estate Developer category. Twelve companies from the Philippines were carefully selected and reviewed, six were shortlisted and one ultimate winner was chosen.
