Tier One boss books Blacklist victory party

-

Tier One Entertainment chief executive officer Tryke Gutierrez is planning to throw a huge party for Blacklist International for winning the Mobile Legends Professional League PH Season 10 and for securing a slot at the M4 Mobile Legends World Championship.

Gutierrez, also the co-owner of Blacklist International together with popular streamer Alodia Gosiengfiao, said that a huge public party with its diehard Mobile Legends fanbase is already in the pipeline following their MPL triumph and advancing to M4 set from 1 to 15 January in Jakarta.

“Celebration is always a part of Tier One’s culture,” Gutierrez said.

“We will try to host a victory party for the public. There are rewards in play for them, they all know that. What I can say is I am just super proud of the team.”

Known for housing some of the most popular live streamers and content creators such as Lincoln “Cong TV” Velasquez and his brother Marlon “Junnie Boy” Velasquez, Tier One is popular for the perks it gives to its employees.

In fact, Tier One ordered its employees to stop their work in the past so they could all gather and watch to support Blacklist International during important matches. Not only did the employees enjoy a break, they were also given a burger allowance so that they will have something to eat while watching.

For Gutierrez, for Esports organizations to thrive, it should create a fun and reward-based environment for its players.

The formula is hard to doubt either, as Blacklist became the first team in MPL team in history to win the championship thrice and could also be the first squad to win back-to-back world championships in a couple of months.
