Anti-inflammato­ry and thermogeni­c Red ginger has higher essential oil content than white ginger. It contains anti-inflammato­ry and thermogeni­c compounds that may help provide quick relief to common illnesses when combined with the right herbs.

Fennel, one of the main ingredient­s
