Rodriguez hits partymates
Former Executive Secretary Victor Rodriguez on Tuesday lambasted his party mates for allegedly creating a "media play" for releasing a copy of a resolution allegedly expelling him from the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas, to some members of the media.
“Why do you need to give the media a copy when the objective is to organize the party?” asked Rodriguez in Filipino during a television interview.
He also refuted claims by his party mates that he "abandoned" PFP.
News reports on Monday night, showed Rodriguez has been formally expelled from PFP.
It supposedly contained quotes from the PFP document that formally booted out Rodriguez, who was the party’s executive vice president.
Marcos’s Special Assistant, Anton Lagdameo, who is PFP national treasurer, will take over Rodriguez’s post in the party.
