Separate sting ops nab four

The four are now facing charges of violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.

Four suspected illegal drug pushers were arrested by authorities in separate buy-bust operations in Navotas City.

Navotas police chief Col. Dexter Ollaging disclosed that operatives from the Station Drug Enforcement Unit led by PLt. Luis Rofu Jr. conducted an operation at Barangay Daanghari which resulted in the arrest of the suspects identified as Ricky Blancaflor and Ernesto De la Cruz.

Seized from the suspects were six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing approximately 6.5 of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of P44,200 and P300 buy bust money.

On early Friday, the other SDEU team nabbed two suspects identified as Angelito Hidalgo and Nover Calayag who were both listed as drug pushers.

Confiscated from the two were five heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing about theee grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P20,400 and the P300 buy-bust money.
