Michael V rekindles childhood with ‘Voltes V: legacy’ trailer
Voltes V: Legacy follows three brothers — Steve (Miguel Tanfelix), Big Bert (Matt Lozano), Little Jon Armstrong (Raphael Landicho) — and their friends Jamie Robinson (Ysabel Ortega) and Mark Gordon (Radson Flores) who join forces to defend the Earth from humanoid aliens known as Boazanians
The mega trailer of the show, which premiered on 1 January, has amassed two million views on Facebook and one million views on YouTube since its release.
“Kinilabutan ako sa ganda! This is my childhood coming to reality!” Michael V said.
The actor and comedian added that the trailer got him excited more than ever and he is overjoyed that fans of the anime agree.
Michael V also defended GMA Network from bashers, saying the channel has the “right tools,” “right people,” and a “ton of passion” to do the live-action adaptation.

sa animators and everyone involved sa production ng Voltes V: Legacy! You made me travel back to my childhood and relive a feeling that has long been waiting to be rekindled. I’m looking forward to that feeling in every episode,” he said.

GMA Network engaged the services of Riot Inc. Post-Production with GMA Post Video graphics to handle the show’s CGI and the live-action elements.
