The fashion and beauty industry is up and running again. Brands are holding “revenge in-person events” — if you will — left and right following the shift from the online spectrum. Levi’s kicked off its celebration of the 501 jeans’ 150th year of creation with a fashion show at its Philippine headquarters in Makati City. Summer collection
Shein, another well-loved brand in the country, unveiled its summer capsule collection curated by young actress and model Belle Mariano.
The SHEIN x BelleMariano collection is inspired by the “free-spirited feeling of summer,” according to Belle. It features vibrant and printed pieces perfect for the warm days ahead.
Seltsam was decked with flowers to make the place look like everyone was basking in the sun on a nice summer day. Belle wore red printed coordinates and a bandeau for the occasion — pieces which were also part of the collection.
New fragrance
Finally, Avon unveiled its truth — the Eve Truth fragrance — alongside its ambassador Heart Evangelista and True Crew consisting of content creators Nana Silayro and Toni Morales, beauty editor Belle Rodolfo, and actress Aryn Cristobal.
The launch highlighted self-love, women empowerment, and being true to oneself — all aligned with the concept of the fragrance. Eve Truth blends fruity and floral notes that make up a refreshing scent that’s perfect for all occasions.
