RedMagic 8PRO+ gets Antutu’s nod

- RAY ALFRED REMIGIO

Popular benchmarking tool for Android devices Antutu has named RedMagic’s 8PRO+ as the top-performing flagship smartphone for February this year.

Antutu gave a glowing report on the 8PRO+ over its “Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 5G chipset” which should provide gamers with accelerated performance and stable connectivity.

Those two areas alone should provide users champion-level gameplay as we expect the RedMagic’s 8PRO+ to be used to win battles with peers, if not to conquer tournament rivals.

RedMagic, after all, has a solid following in the Philippines among gamers.

The 8PRO+ is no slouch, too, when it comes to images as it has a 50-megapixel rear camera and a 16MP front camera.

ZTE Philippines recently launched the flagship phone that boasts a large 6.8-inch AMOLED full-screen display, pressure-sensitive zones, a built-in cooling fan, and an aviation aluminum middle frame.

As gaming can take long hours, the unit comes fully armed with a 6000mAh dual-cell battery for nearly uninterrupted use.

But what should really get gamers salivating would be its dedicated gaming functions, such as shoulder trigger buttons, game switches and fully customizable RGB lighting effects.

“Whether you’re a hardcore gamer, a photography enthusiast, or just someone who wants the best, the data speaks for itself — ZTE’s RedMagic 8PRO is in a league of its own,” Gavin Lian, general manager for terminals of ZTE Philippines, said.
