A power-packed lineup of iconic models was unveiled and made available at Chevrolet Makati during an exclusive event held early this month.
The event, aptly themed "World-Class Chevrolet: The League of North American Chevys," was a testament to the brand's long-standing heritage, showing off the latest Chevrolet vehicles, including the Camaro 3LT RS, Tahoe High Country, and a special emphasis on the 2023 Corvette C8.
The Camaro 3LT RS is powered by a two-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that puts out 275 horsepower and 398 Nm of torque. Its blend of stylish design and performance power offers a unique driving experience that is sure to excite car enthusiasts in the Philippines.
The Tahoe High Country, on the other hand, is a full-size SUV that is both rugged and luxurious. It features a powerful V8 Ecotec engine, a spacious interior and advanced safety features. The High Country trim adds a touch of luxury with its high-end materials and state-of-the-art infotainment system. A perfect blend of power and sophistication, the Tahoe High Country is an SUV designed for those who want to drive with comfort and style.
The 2023 Corvette C8, also known as the mid-engine Corvette, is the latest iteration of Chevrolet's iconic sports car. It features a brand-new design with the engine placed in the middle of the car for better performance and handling. With its sleek looks and impressive power, the Corvette C8 is sure to turn heads on the streets of the Philippines.
The event was attended by key representatives from MIG1 Auto Dealership Corp., including chairman Rep. Michael Edgar Aglipay and vice chairman Ginger Rosales-Aglipay. The Covenant Car Company Inc. — Chevrolet Philippines also attended the event, led by president and CEO Albert B. Arcilla.
During the event, the leadership team of Chevrolet Philippines — TCCCI announced that the Philippine market can expect a steady supply of North American Models complete with TCCCI's signature five-year warranty.
Arcilla expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "Today, we are glad to announce the good news that Chevrolet’s North American products like the Suburban, Tahoe and Camaro are now available. With this development, we are confident to serve the demand for these models and we’re excited to see more of these new Chevys on the road moving forward."
Among the participants were dealer clients, bank partners, friends from the motoring media, and social media influencers, all gathered to witness the unveiling of these iconic models. The event signifies a promising new chapter for Chevrolet in the Philippines, as they bring their North American heritage to the roads of the archipelago.
