Think in­cu­ba­tion hubs such as East Capi­tol Drive in Pasig City and Aguirre Street in Paranaque. To name a few, Si­lantro (Fil Mex Cantina by Chef Paulo De Vene­cia), Sun­shine Kitchen (The Strip @ The Fort), and the quaint Span­ish restau­rant Calderon Cocina Tapas Y Be­bidas in San Juan. They do come in var­i­ous cuisines and for­mats and sizes. Yum, yum!
