Canada as a nation is esteemed as one of the 50 countries with the best reputation in the world and fifth in rank as largest beef and cattle producer.

“Food safety must remain our most important priority as we work to have Canadian high quality beef and veal products recognized as the most outstanding by Canadian and world customers,” Martin Unrau, President of the Canadian Cattlemen Association, affirms this.

As a world leader in feed grain production of more than 50 million metric tons per year like barley, wheat, and, corn, Canada helps feed and produce well- marbled, flavorful, and tender beef.

With 63,000 cattle producers mostly from families in their third and fourth generation, the highest accountability and advantageous history in breeding are in play.

Known as the most meticulous in the world, the Canadian Cattle Production and Beef Processing systems require the strictest quality and safety programs and processes in all phases of production.
