In­gre­di­ents

• gumpaste • x-acto knife • fon­dant • scis­sors • round cookie cut­ter • sil­i­con mold • pip­ing bag • ic­ing • two punch­ers, one slightly big­ger than the other • paint brush • paint

In­struc­tions:

1 For the body of the watch, make a ball of gumpaste ap­prox­i­mately 2.5 inches in di­am­e­ter. Cut the ball in half and cover both in white fon­dant. 2 Us­ing a cookie cut­ter, care­fully re­move the fon­dant on the rounded side of the ball. 3 Get a new sheet of fon­dant and press it down a sil­i­con mold to get de­sired de­sign. 4 Cut off fon­dant with de­sign us­ing the same cookie cut­ter. Glue it down the rounded side of the ball us­ing ic­ing. 5 Make the chain of the watch by first mak­ing round fon­dants with a big puncher. Punch a hole on it again us­ing a smaller puncher. Con­nect the fon­dants and paint us­ing gold food color. 6 Paint the whole body of the watch in gold as well. Make the win­der us­ing fon­dant and ad­here onto the side of the gumpaste ball. 7 Add the num­bers and hands on the face of the watch us­ing black food grade pen.
