Farm- to- fork cui­sine couldn’t be any more ac­cu­rate than in Sum­mit Ridge Ho­tel’s Sis­ter­fields restau­rant, es­pe­cially since much of its pro­duce is sourced from its back­yard. Sis­ter­fields also has its live­stock and fish sources close by as Ta­gay­tay pro­duces qual­ity beef and the Taal Lake of­fers de­li­cious seafood such as maliputo and tawilis. For more va­ri­ety, sit­u­ated in­side the restau­rant is a deli offering cold cuts, bottled goods, and freshly baked breads and pas­tries.
