WE WILL CREATE
My key takeaway from EO Portugal University is that we have the power to create our own narrative. We must move past our limited mindset; fenced by our history, education, and what we see. Our vision of the future must be broadened by combining wisdom and curiosity. We must disrupt our own learning capabilities. For us to adapt, we need to focus on what Artificial Intelligence, cloning, or 3D printing cannot do. Only human beings can create. AI can only follow algorithms or patterns that have been coded on them. We have the capacity to create or harness technology and calibrate efficiency of this invention to life, to solve the big problems in front of us.
“As technology alters the economics of entire subsectors of the industry, its consumers and developers are now changing the way they operate. Housing remains a necessity but commercial and office space are changing with the sophistication of online shopping. Developers are benefitting from the plethora of positive of the digital revolution; it has changed the way we create exposure and awareness of our developments, It opened the whole world for us. Our strategy is to constantly do research, market analysis, and timely innovation, to cater to consumer needs.”

“Our business has faced a lot of changes especially from digital versus analog counterparts. But what stays true is our commitment to give the best shopping experience to address any passion our customers have, may it be education, creativity, self-expression, or lifelong learning. With this commitment comes our continuous innovation to provide the best products, ease, and convenience possible. We are in the process of bridging our on ground and online outlets to provide the same experience enjoyed by everyone when they go to a National Bookstore. We are their partner in every step of the way.”
-Xandra Ramos-Padilla, Books and Stationery Retailing
“As food delivery becomes more sophisticated, this will be the next area for growth for food service. This will also give rise to cloud kitchens, which can dramatically lower the cost of food, making quality food more affordable. Experiential dining is also a blue ocean that social media has brought about. Now people don’t just eat, they want the whole experience of theme, unique ingredients, and theatrics.”
