Since I was young, I’ve always loved empanadas. And because of that, I’ve tasted different types from different countries and different regions of our country. And I must say, Casa Daza’s Empanadas is one of the best, if not the best, out there. The dough is baked perfectly-crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. The meat, whether it is chicken, pork, or beef, taste very good! I’m not a fan of potatoes and green peas in this pastry, so I was grateful to discover this empanada lacks those ingredient­s. Rest assured that it is full of meat inside.
