Leyte power interruptions

TACLOBAN CITY – The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines ( NGCP) announced power interruptions for Saturday, November 15, in its service areas in Leyte province. Ma. Rosette B. Martinez, regional corporate communication officer for Visayas area, said that power interruptions will be from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will affect Hilongos substation of the Leyte IV Electric Cooperative based in Baybay and the 13.2 KV/220V line at Sitio Kapinhan, Barangay Damulaan, Albuera, Leyte of Leyte V Electric Cooperative of Ormoc City. She said that NGCP will conduct activities to facilitate transfer of conductors (or wires) from temporary to permanent towers along the 138 KV Ormoc-Maasin line. (Restituto A. Cayubit)
