Dapitan drug buy-bust

ZAMBOANGA CITY – A local government employee of Dapitan City was arrested by police narcotics agents last Thursday morning in a drug buy-bust operation conducted at Crisostomo Ibarra St., Barangay Dawo, Dapitan City. The police identified the arrested government employee as Gilbert Quines Y Borbon, 46, married, and a resident of 196 Gov. R. Carnicero St., Barangay Potol, Dapitan City. Confiscated from him were the five 100-bills used as buy-bust money, two-folded candy wrappers containing heat-sealed plastic transparent sachet of white crystalline granules believed to be shabu.
